The scene was set Australia was well positioned for another great night in the pool for the last night of swimming action at The Gold Coast 2018 Commonwealth Games.
But in looking back it was just that a Golden Night and according to the stats Australian continued its Dominance but the action was palpable nothing came easy for Australia with both 4×100 Relays Coming down to a fingernails distance.
The Stage was set for the 4×100 Women’s Relay with the crowd taking to its feet to welcome Emily Seebohm, Georgia Bohl, Emma Mckeon and Bronte Cambell.
The crowd is hushed to a quiet you could hear a pin or Borobi drop the race begins and we’re off with Australia neck and neck with an inform Canadian side with 100m Backstroke Winner Kylie Masse and 100m backstroke Silver medalist Kierra Smith took the Canadians to the lead and with 100m to go Australia was off the pace.
The Crowd rose to its feet the stands were rocking and the cheers deafening Bronte Campbell took to the pool and lifted the Australian hearts and completed what was at this stage the swim of the night.

Bronte’ Said “It’s pretty unreal, I didn’t really count on being in the medley relay. It’s very rare that I get a swim in the medley relay at all, it was incredible.
