Melbourne Bridgerton fans are being invited to step into Regency-era splendour ahead of the hit series’ fourth season, with Netflix opening a free pop-up experience in the CBD this weekend.

The Bridgerton Masquerade Parlour will take over 362 Little Collins Street on Saturday 31 January and Sunday 1 February, offering visitors the chance to immerse themselves in the world of the beloved period drama.

The pop-up promises a luxurious Bridgerton-inspired space complete with DIY and guided pampering stations designed to help guests perfect their masquerade look. Photo opportunities will be scattered throughout the parlour, including a Masquerade Ballroom set where attendees can take home their own fairytale portrait.

Entry is free and operates on a first-come, first-served basis.

The Melbourne activation arrives just days after Bridgerton Season 4: Part 1 debuts on Netflix on 29 January. The new season stars rising Australian actor Yerin Ha as Sophie Baek, a determined and captivating woman who catches the eye of Benedict Bridgerton, played by Luke Thompson, at a masquerade ball.

Ha makes her Bridgerton debut as the mysterious Lady in Silver, a masked figure who captivates the middle Bridgerton brother despite his reluctance to settle down. While his elder and younger brothers have both found marital happiness, Benedict has remained resistant to following suit until his fateful encounter at his mother’s ball.

Bridgerton Season 4 will be released in two parts, with Part 1 arriving on 29 January followed by Part 2 on 26 February on Netflix.
