Brisbane set for an evening of Fashion & Champagne for a Good Cause

An evening of champagne and canapés in a sparkling alfresco setting. JOLIE will be held at the beautiful French cafe Le Bon Choix Brisbane, where a fairy light bejeweled oak stands centre. Guests will be treated to delicate and delicious French food and dessert served in the stunning decor.

The feature of the evening will be the JOLIE fashion show, where local designers, models will show case their skills. Guests will also be privy to special acts and local talent, with live music, dancers and more. The event will be a demonstration of Brisbane and QLD creatives coming together to bring you an impeccably luxurious evening, for Brisbane by Brisbane. JOLIE will be held with a main focus on raising funds and awareness for local charity Dress For Success: whose mission is “to promote the economic independence of disadvantaged women by providing professional attire, a network of support and the career development tools to help women thrive in work and in life.”  We are very pleased to be supporting such a worthwhile cause.

The show will feature SUZII K, known in Brisbane to be ‘one to watch’. Her designs will also be featuring in the Mercedes Benz Fashion Festival 2015.  NATSUKO and Moreno Marcos Designs, both young labels making a name for themselves with their unique concepts and ability to merge ideas to create gorgeous run way ready garments.  For a taste of couture, we will be showcasing A Brides Desire, designed by Wendy and Jack Sullivan.  Beautiful lace and delicate detail on these stunning gowns is not to be missed.   Hand made millinery by Marilyn Van Den Berg will be a showstopper, with the creative vision to pull an outfit together, creating pieces from run way ready to race day perfection.  Stunning accessories and handbags by the fabulous Linda Lola Fashion and sparkling and gorgeously designed diamond jewelry by Starfire Diamonds.  Jolie’s handsome male models will be dressed to the nine looking dapper in Black Jacket Suiting, gorgeous suits for every occasion .

Hannah Park is the one behind the amazing concept Jolie, a platform for young local talent to show case their skills in an empowering environment.  Hannah’s love of the fashion industry and her desire to make the world a better place has resulted in the creation of her company ‘Irreplaceable Events’ – Fashion Shows for Charity.
