The elegant Emporium Hotel South Brisbane provided a glamorous backdrop for the Brisbane Women’s Club Charitable Champagne High Tea on November 4th, 2023. Sponsored by Day One Recruitment and Kingsford Lawyers, the sold-out event brought together nearly 200 guests to sip bubbly, enjoy delicious bites, and raise money for important causes.
Lady Mayoress of Brisbane, Nina Schrinner, was among the VIP attendees at this highlight of the social calendar. The Brisbane Women’s Club Foundation awarded a $10,000 grant to the Carers Foundation Australia, with a special $1,000 grant also going to So Brave. Hundreds of pamper items were generously donated to parents and children staying at Hummingbird House.
With French champagne flowing and an afternoon of mingling and revelry, the annual Champagne High Tea was once again a smashing success. The Brisbane Women’s Club has upheld its long tradition of charitable giving and fabulous flair.
