The countdown is on until The Star’s luxe rooftop destination, Nineteen at The Star opens its doors.
With preparations well underway for the upcoming launch event this Friday, the red carpet is being rolled out, with whispers of the venue attracting foodies and food lovers alike, superstars and the social set from across the country.
Set to be a game changer in the industry, the stylish new venue is certainly shaping up to deliver a fresh change to the Gold Coast, boasting sweeping vista views of the Pacific, a decadent rooftop restaurant and an uber-chic lounge bar.
‘Simple, Elegant and World – Class Filled with a team of well-respected industry leaders, Simon Floftis’ 110-seat restaurant and private VIP dining area is set to showcase the Gold Coast’s newest haven as one to watch in Australia’s culinary scene.
The kitchen is headed up by Kelvin Andrews, who has curated an innovating yet familiar menu of fresh, clean dishes, with a unique depth and confidence, using the finest produce in the country.
With its private dining room, featuring a superb two-story wine cellar and cognac room, it is no surprise that Nineteen at The Star boasts a world-class wine list, hand picked by two well respected international sommeliers.
The venue has captured the fun and flair of our beautiful city and combined it with an international spin, to produce a luxe rooftop hotspot.
The sultry new venue will be perfect for those balmy Gold Coast nights, chic long lunches and sunset Margaritas on the deck.
The Gold Coast will be introduced to Nineteen at The Star’s world-class booth experience with VIP Bottle service and an exclusive private mezzanine. Expect to be taken to the days of disco, as resident DJ Damien Hesse ( originator of Sneaky Sound System) takes control of the decks.
