Did somebody say Silent Disco Yoga ?

Breaking hotel norms seems to be something W Brisbane embraces daily with their bold style and unique events and with the release of FUEL the W Brand’s unique take on fitness, helping to ignite guests and locals lust for life,  through a range of stand out fitness events and wellness offerings.

The first event kicking off this new initiative is a wildly fun Silent Disco Yoga event with Kate Kendall founder of Flow Athletic and Sydney DJ James Mack bringing pulsating beats to a very mindful Vinyasa practice on Wednesday the 15th of May.

W Brisbane’s Great Room will become even greater, as it’s transformed into a Silent Disco Yoga Studio for 160 disco-loving yogis for a ninety-minute evening session that you will never forget.

Tickets to Brisbane’s first Silent Disco Yoga event are $55 per person plus booking fees, which includes the 90-minute practice, pre and post event activations, healthy bites and drinks and a swag full of curated treats.

The first 40 yogis to book will have the chance to attend an exclusive ‘Disco Yoga’ oil blending workshop on the night with Megan Larsen, founder of Sodashi; luxurious high-performance natural Australian skincare, to create their very own custom made ‘Disco Yoga’ Sodashi essential oil to take home.

So get ready and downward dog your way to Eventbrite for your tickets.
