W Brisbane is upping Brisbane’s Brunch game with a fresh take on brunch, now you can ‘ Go Brunch Yourself ‘ which we think is the only way to spend a Sunday.
Launching on the 8th of March, and continuing on the first Sunday of every month, guests can experience a brunch overlooking the Brisvegas skyline surrounded by leafy palms and umbrellas at the stunning WET deck.
A culinary crusade of tasty delights will send even the foodiest of foodies into a spiral with a decadent cocktail and cuisine stations scattered throughout the deck. ‘The Pink Pancake’ will literally pop with colour, topped with lashings of maple bacon and syrupy goodness and for all Spanish food-lovers, a paradise of paella will be your calling.
Stations will feature ongoing signature dishes as well as ever-evolving seasonal menu items from the freshest in local produce. Highlights include a smorgasbord of charcuterie and cheese, succulent seafood towers of spanner crab and grilled prawns, taco trappings and a roast to relish.
Did someone say Champagne?! Catering to all desires guests can opt for free-flow Chandon or upgrade to Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label to cement a Sunday of mouth-watering goodness. Bottomless beverage packages include bespoke Belvedere Vodka cocktails, Mimosas, Bloody Marys and a selection of Beer, Wine, Soft Drinks and Cold Pressed Fresh Juices.
A DJ will provide the beats to set the Sunday scene and immerse guests in the Tropicana feels, mixing it up with live musicians from a Saxophonist to a Violinist. All brunch enthusiasts out there your prayers have been answered – ‘Go Brunch Yourself’ is the perfect marriage of chic dining and leisurely grazing for pure brunch indulgence.
