Areas closer to Brisbane, such as Redcliffe, Manly, and Caboolture, are forecast to receive up to 230mm. Further inland, Beaudesert could see 210mm.
On the Sunshine Coast, up to 120mm is forecast for Friday, with three-day totals potentially reaching 220mm at Caloundra and Maleny.
