Jim Jefferies Announces Massive 2026 ‘Son of a Carpenter’ Australia Tour

Secure your seats for Jim Jefferies’ 2026 Son of a Carpenter tour. Presale begins Feb 20 for shows in Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, and more.

Australian comedy heavyweight Jim Jefferies is set to return to home soil in 2026, bringing his internationally acclaimed ‘Son of a Carpenter’ tour to audiences across the country. Following a successful run of sold-out theatres and arenas throughout North America and Europe, Jefferies will embark on his largest-ever run of Australian shows this July and August.

The tour promises to be an expansive trek across the nation, mixing major capital-city arenas with intimate theatre settings. The run kicks off in Sydney with multiple shows at the Enmore Theatre starting July 4. From there, the schedule extends across regional and metro hubs, including the Gold Coast, Adelaide, Hobart, Melbourne, Bendigo, Geelong, Wollongong, Canberra, Western Sydney, Newcastle, Perth, Darwin, Brisbane, and Toowoomba, before concluding the epic run in Cairns.

Jefferies, who has established himself as one of the most recognisable and respected comedians of his generation, Jim is eager to bring this show back to where it all began. Known for a career built on fearless, boundary-pushing comedy that “pulls no punches,” Jefferies describes returning to Australia for this tour as “massive”.

“I’ve been yelling at Americans and Europeans for the last 2 years now, so it’s only fair I come home and yell at you lot too,” Jefferies says. “No matter how far I travel, I’m still just an Aussie bloke who somehow turned my stories into a career. I’m looking forward to bringing this show back where it all started – and keen to perform in some places I’ve never been before!”.

The Son of a Carpenter show has already garnered praise from critics and fans abroad. It is described as delivering “razor-sharp, fearless comedy,” featuring Jefferies’ trademark no-holds-barred storytelling and biting social commentary. Audiences can expect brutally honest reflections on life, family, and the “absurdity of the modern world”. The source material notes that with this tour, Jefferies is at his “unapologetic best,” delivering a night of massive laughs and shocking truths.
