With international and domestic travel once again on hold, we’re sharing some new and exciting experiences on offer in our backyard, like the recently launched Festival of Flavours at the JW Marriot Gold Coast’s premier restaurant Citrique.
The culinary experience available Thursday through Sunday takes diners on a Festival of Flavours buffet paying homage to cuisines from around the world, offering locals that sense of adventure they have been craving for the last eighteen months.
Citrique will be serving up authentic dishes from a variety of diverse chefs, each plating up signature dishes from their cultural background, each championing a different cuisine each month, taking diners on an exotic journey.
“Australians have been yearning for new experiences and ways to explore the world. At Citrique, we’re excited to deliver a new luxury dining experience, highlighting different cultures and sharing recipes passed down through generations of our chefs, to be enjoyed with friends and family,” said Head of Culinary, Paul Smart.
Citrique’s talented team of chefs will bring their own culture and heritage to Citrique’s table over the next 12 months, incorporating local and seasonal produce and sustainably sourced ingredients for unique and flavourful dishes.
