​The Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort Gold Coast has partnered with the highly anticipated Mantaray Marina to introduce a new culinary experience. In celebration of the upcoming launch of Mantaray Marina, which is set to become the premier luxury marina, retail, and dining precinct on the Gold Coast, the resort has unveiled the ‘La Riviera High Tea‘. Inspired by the timeless glamour of the French Riviera, this exclusive winter event is available from 1 June to 31 August 2026.
Served in the refined surrounds of Pearls Bar, the La Riviera High Tea offers a luxurious winter escape. Upon arrival, guests are welcomed with a glass of Moët & Chandon. The experience continues with an indulgent menu of handcrafted savouries, exquisite patisserie, and unlimited premium tea and coffee.
A Menu of European Luxury
The thoughtfully curated menu captures the essence of European luxury while blending coastal elegance with European charm. The savoury highlights feature a salmon blini topped with citrus cream, dill, and caviar, alongside a chicken chardonnay tartlet paired with spiced pear chutney. Guests can also enjoy a katafi nest filled with crab salad, lime mayo, and chives, as well as a pastrami bagel complemented by whipped fetta, Hampson honey, celeriac, and apple remoulade.
Sweet Indulgences and Classic Scones
For those with a sweet tooth, the patisserie selection includes a banoffee tart finished with mango whipped ganache, a Tahitian vanilla bean custard éclair, a yuzu blossom cheesecake, and a white chocolate strawberry pearl. To complete the traditional high tea experience, freshly baked house-made scones are served alongside whipped cream and blackberry jam.
