The M1 Pacific Motorway has just reopened after an earlier closure in both directions at the Tugun Bypass. The closure at 5am this morning, was implemented due to emergency works being conducted in the tunnel.
Traffic NSW, at 9:25am took to social media to report the reopening of the Tugun Bypass, however they are advising to allow extra time when travelling as congestion will continue to be heavy over the next few hours as traffic returns to normal.
