The roar of jet engines and breathtaking aerial lineup are only half the story at the Pacific Airshow. Bringing the action to life for fans on the Gold Coast requires a special kind of energy, and the 2026 commentary team is set to deliver.
Back behind the microphone in 2026 is Matt Jolley, the unmistakable voice of the event. For returning fans, Jolley is a familiar presence. His passion, deep aviation knowledge and infectious energy have become a core part of the experience. Jolley will be calling every breathtaking manoeuvre, drawing the crowd closer to the high-speed action overhead than ever expected.
Legends Join the Pacific Airshow Crew
Joining Jolley this year is Australian broadcasting icon Mark Beretta. Armed with decades of experience covering the biggest sporting events in the world, Beretta will be stationed at Show Centre all weekend. He will share the untold stories behind the aircraft, the dedicated crews and the incredible pilots lighting up the Gold Coast skies.
Out on the Surfers Paradise beach, the energy will be equally electric. Bronte Langbroek, a loud and proud Gold Coast local, will be right in the middle of the action. Langbroek will be roaming the precinct, chatting with performers and meeting fans. From the moment the gates open until the final flypast, she is tasked with keeping the party atmosphere alive.
