Milkrun, the popular grocery delivery service, faced an earlier technical outage that left users unable to complete purchases. Frustrated customers have reported issues with the app and website, specifically encountering problems with groceries remaining stuck in their carts and an inability to proceed to checkout.
After about an hour of reported downtime, a notice was added to the Milkrun app, stating: “Unfortunately, we are unable to take new orders due to technical issues. Please check back shortly.” However, the company’s website is now also displaying a notice about the outage.
At present, it appears the outage has now been resolved, with Milkrun contacting customers to let them know they can now proceed with their orders.
