Get Ready, Gold Coast because the heart pounding action of Monster Jam is heading your way this October. This adrenaline fuelled evening of Monster Truck action is making its first ever appearance on the Gold Coast and returning to Queensland after a six year hiatus.
Mark your calendars for Saturday, 21st of October when CBUS Super Stadium will be transformed into a thunderous arena where 12,000 pound monster truck and world champion drivers will compete in high-octane showdowns of speed and stunt mastery.

The lineup for Monster Jame Gold Coast will see eight skilled drivers four of them we already know and four will remain a surprise until closer to the event.
Leading the pack is Matt Cody, steering the legendary black and green wrecking machine, Grave Digger. Chelsea VanCleave takes control of El Toro Loco, while fan-favourite Charlie Pauken aims to conquer the competition in Megalodon. Meanwhile, Blake Granger sets his sights on the event championship as he drives Max-Dâ„¢, which is celebrating its 20th anniversary this year.


Charlie Pauken, the driver of Megalodon, is particularly thrilled about returning to Queensland after six long years. He expressed his excitement, stating that numerous loyal Monster Jam fans have eagerly awaited his return to Australia. Pauken sees it as a family reunion and is eager to experience the Gold Coast for the first time. Traveling internationally and engaging with fans from various places is something he loves, and he believes Megalodon will be a massive hit on the Gold Coast!

The excitement doesn’t just start with the main event, but earlier in the day at the Monster Jam Pit Party fans will be able to get up close to the massive trucks, meet their favourite drivers and crews, collect autographs and capture some memories.
he 2023 Pit Party activities include the Sand Box play area, Spin Master remote control truck course, and a colouring station. Moreover, it’s the only place where you can witness how these monstrous machines are built to withstand fierce competition. The Pit Party is an insider’s look into the world of Monster Jam.

Monster Jam is Coming to the Gold Coast

As the event gets underway, Queensland fans will witness world-class drivers showcasing their jaw-dropping skills and going head-to-head in intense racing battles for the coveted Event Championship. The 12,000-pound Monster Jam trucks, engineered to perfection, push the limits in Freestyle, Skills, and Racing competitions. To make the most of this electrifying experience, it’s recommended to grab your seats early and catch the Monster Jam Trackside, approximately one hour before the event starts. This pre-show extravaganza includes competition previews, driver interviews, opening ceremonies, and thrilling power rush truck introductions.

Behind the wheel of these monstrous machines are not just any ordinary drivers, but world-class male and female athletes that possess the strength and skills to control these massive machines and perform incredible backflips, mind-boggling vertical two-wheel skills, and racing at speeds of up to 70 miles-per-hour. The live motorsports action they produce is nothing short of jaw-dropping and has captivated audiences worldwide. It’s no wonder Monster Jam proudly claims to be “As Big As It Gets!”

Cbus Super Stadium Manager, Kristian Blundell, anticipates that Monster Jam will set an unprecedented spectacle, transforming the field into a dirt track with ramps and obstacles for the drivers to showcase their daredevil skills. The stadium has previously hosted an array of events, from NRL and rugby union to soccer and Nitro Circus. Now, with the addition of Monster Jam, it’s yet another opportunity to highlight the venue’s versatility and attract more such exciting events in the future.
