The Pacific Airshow Gold Coast team has officially confirmed the return of its much-anticipated event in August 2025, following a short delay brought on by the aftermath of Cyclone Alfred.
In a message shared with the community via social media today, Pacific Airshow CEO Kevin Elliott addressed the challenges faced after Cyclone Alfred made landfall on 8 March, impacting Surfers Paradise and much of South East Queensland. The message acknowledged the significant recovery efforts required to restore the event space on the beach.
“In the weeks since, our team has been working hand-in-hand with local authorities and partners to support recovery efforts and ensure the rectification of our event space on the beach,” Elliott stated.
This collaborative recovery work meant a delay in ticket sales, but the Airshow team has assured fans that the wait will soon be over. Tickets for Pacific Airshow Gold Coast 2025 will go on sale on Wednesday, 30 April at 10AM AEST. In addition, subscribers to the Pacific Airshow newsletter will enjoy early access via an exclusive presale starting Tuesday, 29 April at 10AM AEST.
