The Pacific Airshow Gold Coast team has officially confirmed the return of its much-anticipated event in August 2025, following a short delay brought on by the aftermath of Cyclone Alfred.

In a message shared with the community via social media today, Pacific Airshow CEO Kevin Elliott addressed the challenges faced after Cyclone Alfred made landfall on 8 March, impacting Surfers Paradise and much of South East Queensland. The message acknowledged the significant recovery efforts required to restore the event space on the beach.

“In the weeks since, our team has been working hand-in-hand with local authorities and partners to support recovery efforts and ensure the rectification of our event space on the beach,” Elliott stated.

This collaborative recovery work meant a delay in ticket sales, but the Airshow team has assured fans that the wait will soon be over. Tickets for Pacific Airshow Gold Coast 2025 will go on sale on Wednesday, 30 April at 10AM AEST. In addition, subscribers to the Pacific Airshow newsletter will enjoy early access via an exclusive presale starting Tuesday, 29 April at 10AM AEST. A presale link will be sent directly to all subscribers via email.

Elliott thanked the community for their patience and ongoing support throughout this period. “Our priority has always been to make sure we can confidently deliver the kind of world-class experience you’ve come to expect,” he noted. “Your patience and continued support during this time have been truly appreciated.”

The Pacific Airshow Gold Coast has become a hallmark event, drawing crowds to the vibrant Surfers Paradise beachfront. With this year’s show locked in for 15–17 August 2025, anticipation is already building for another unforgettable weekend of aerial displays and community celebration.

As the countdown begins, organisers are keen to welcome attendees back to the Gold Coast for what promises to be a world-class spectacle in one of Australia’s most iconic coastal settings.
