Noosa’s Park & Cove is elevating its dedication to the paddock-to-plate philosophy, announcing the launch of ‘Meet the Makers,’ an immersive new dining series designed to celebrate Queensland’s most acclaimed producers. This curated series reinforces the restaurant’s ambition to become Noosa’s leading destination for ingredient-led culinary experiences, underscoring a deep commitment to supporting local growers, farmers, and artisans.
The series features two exclusive, high-impact dining events this season, with Head Chef Andrea Ravezzani leading the Park & Cove culinary team in crafting bespoke multi-course menus. Each dinner highlights at least two different ‘makers,’ spotlighting their hero ingredients, everything from sustainably sourced seafood and artisan beef to premium brews and award-winning wines.
It’s confident storytelling through food, balancing enthusiasm for premium produce and the collaboration between chef and producer.
The First Pairing: Land and Lager
The series kicks off with a rich and refined pairing of land and lager on Friday, 28 November, starting at 6:00 pm. Guests will experience a dynamic collaboration featuring world-class produce. This first event is priced at $120 per person and features two distinct makers:
• 2GR Wagyu (Roma & Warwick): Renowned for supplying some of Australia’s finest beef, 2GR delivers world-class fullblood wagyu.
• Heads of Noosa Brewing (Noosa Heads): This local favourite contributes locally brewed premium lagers to complement the meal.
A Delicious Continuation: Seafood, Beef, and Wine
The journey continues in December with a celebration of Queensland’s culinary excellence. The second event promises a delicious three-course lunch on 12 December, running from 12:30 pm to 3:00 pm, available for $90 per person.
This sitting champions quality seafood and exceptional beef, balancing the menu with award-winning wines. Featured makers include:
• Five Founders (Queensland): This team is proud to be Australia’s first carbon-neutral certified beef supplier.
• Rocky Point Aquaculture (Woongoolba): Supplying the sustainably sourced seafood component of the meal.
• Wines from Witches Falls (Tamborine Mountain): This award-winning winery will take care of the wine list for the midday experience.
Both of these exclusive events are available to book now via Park & Cove’s website.
