On Wednesday, 8th of May 2024, the Sovereign Islands & Surrounds community came together for yet another successful monthly luncheon. Hosted by Joanne Rahn, Director of Zanthii Communications, and her mother, Marilyn West, this was the 20th consecutive luncheon, marking a significant milestone for the community.
With 60 guests in attendance at the Ioesco Restaurant at Sanctuary Cove, the luncheon was a magnificent display of community spirit. The event raised a substantial $7,400, all of which will go towards supporting the Gold Coast Show. This contribution brings the cumulative fundraising tally up to an impressive $99,020, benefiting 18 noteworthy charities and community initiatives.
