Since opening its doors in April, Surfers Pavilion has quickly become a local favourite for office knock-off drinks and their Sunset Sundays, which have a cult following with big names like The Stafford Brothers and Peking Duk, just a few of the names performing on the deck.
The multi-million dollar waterfront venue has been heralded a huge success for Artesian Hospitality. It is now trading seven days a week from 11 am till late and has just launched a range of new cocktails for the afternoon knock off.
The Surfers Pavilion team have created a new cocktail list themed after the hit show The Office with their knock-off drinks available on Fridays from 3 pm, the menu containing a few clever and tasty concoctions.

Something strong for the ‘Worlds Best Boss’ the Woodford Reserve, lemon juice, a dash of maple syrup finished with a shiraz float.

For the person that does everything possible to impress the power above,
Tequila, Aperol, lime and pineapple juice are shaken and poured over ice.

There’s one in every office, and this pink cocktail goes perfectly with his shirt, Malibu, Captain Morgan, Pineapple juice shaken with coconut water and a splash of lime.

An Espresso twist made up of Butter Vodka, Tia Maria with a hit of cold drip coffee and shaved white chocolate to finish.
