W Brisbane is serving up the ultimate bottomless brunch at their signature restaurant Three Blue Ducks, every Sunday plating up an epic brunch alongside live acoustic tunes by Brisbane’s hottest musicians and sweeping views of the Brisbane River.
Three Blue Ducks will serve a menu of nine signature dishes echoing the Duck’s renowned paddock to plate ethos and fresh dining philosophy. Seafood is the star of the brunch, featuring Moreton Bay Bugs with fermented chilli & lemon, freshly shucked oysters with hot mango sauce, raw kingfish with chilli ginger dressing and pawpaw and local grilled prawns with pickled seaweed, chilli, garlic and avocado mousse.
You can expect all the favourites to make an appearance with Three Blue Ducks signature twist on the classics – think harissa scrambled eggs on sourdough with grilled chorizo, pickles and red onion, and poached eggs with smoked salmon and crispy kale on sourdough with basil cherry tomato salad and herbed labneh.
Round it all off with a light and summery dessert of sea salt meringue with berries, yoghurt ice-cream, lemon curd and macadamia crunch, or you can’t go wrong with a classic vanilla ice-cream sundae with fresh mango, passionfruit and salted caramel.
Top it off with two hours of free-flowing beverages to toast an epic day of brunching with the Summer Swing – featuring Australian Distilling Co. Gin, raspberries, lime and elderflower, quench your thirst with a tropical fruit mimosa or for a bold move, try the Australian Distilling Co, Gin of the Day.
In a W first, diners will get exclusive access to the hotel’s epic WET Pool to keep the good vibes rolling through brunch and well into the afternoon.
