Championship leader Broc Feeney has continued his red-hot form, securing the Boost Mobile Pole for Race 22 of the 2025 Repco Supercars Championship at the NTI Townsville 500.

The 22-year-old rising star clocked the fastest time on the Reid Park street circuit, marking his tenth pole of the season and the 18th of his burgeoning Supercars career. It’s also Feeney’s first-ever pole in Townsville, coming less than 24 hours after he claimed his maiden victory at the venue.

Joining Feeney on the front row will be Kiwi driver Matt Payne, representing Ford, while Anton De Pasquale, Cam Waters, and Thomas Randle complete the top five grid spots for this afternoon’s 200-kilometre contest.

Reigning Supercars champion Will Brown will start from seventh, with rookie standout Kai Allen lining up in ninth after an impressive showing. Allen, who landed on the podium last month at the Darwin Triple Crown, continues to build his reputation in his debut season.

Friday’s race winner, Brodie Kostecki, will start from 11th after narrowly missing a place in the Boost Mobile Top Ten Shootout. He sat out the final group qualifying run this morning and was edged out of the crucial session as a result.

Today’s 70-lap showdown kicks off at 3:00 p.m. AEST, winding through the streets of Townsville’s Reid Park precinct. The event is proudly supported by the Queensland Government through Tourism and Events Queensland’s Major Events Program and Townsville Enterprise Limited.

Fans can catch all the action live on Foxtel and the Seven Network as Supercars brings its annual dose of high-octane excitement to North Queensland.
