Over the last 10 years, small hospitality businesses and boutique hotels around the world have used Airbnb to share their unique places and personal hospitality to the more than 400 million global travellers
Earlier this year, Airbnb unveiled a roadmap for its core Homes business for the next 10 years designed to bring the transformative benefits of local, personal and authentic travel to every type of traveller.
As part of the roadmap, Airbnb introduced new searchable property types on the platform, including B&Bs and boutique hotels, giving guests a greater choice of accommodation options, and traditional hospitality businesses that meet Airbnb’s hospitality standards the opportunity to host on Airbnb.
