Dalas Kitchen came about when husband and wife duo Michael and Jess realised a need in the market for convenient, delicious and healthy options, and they’ve certainly created that. Also, a big part of the couple’s dedication is not only serving up the best salads, sweet treats and homemade bread and soda; they also want to create a sustainable footprint and support the local community as a critical part of their business.
Their exclusively veg menu is not only a party in your mouth, but it’s also a ‘we love our local farmers/the whole environment’ party, as all of their produce is locally sourced and as fresh as can be! And any leftovers are thoughtfully redistributed to Seed The Ground (The Miami Compost Hub) to help reduce their waste and overall impact on the planet, which, not going to lie, is pretty damn cool.
