Hickory Hollow the winner of episode three of Recipe to Riches

Recipe to Riches, TEN’s new entertainment series, with his original culinary creation, Hickory Hollow Smoked Sauce. Stephen’s winning blend was born from an at-home experiment in which he smoked his original Louisiana-inspired sauce on the barbeque. With what became his signature sauce, Stephen has been bringing a taste of the Wild West to Western Australia for more than five years, sharing the creation with friends and family. The WA plumber, part-time sculptor and long -time fan of hot and spicy food dreams of one day going to America for the World Barbeque Championships and might just be one step closer to his dreams thanks to Recipe to Riches. Stephen’s Hickory Hollow Smoked Sauce outperformed Diana Browne’s (VIC) Vegetable Chilli Pickles and Laura Beaumont’s (VIC) Chilli-Mint, Lime and Strawberry Jam, and is now in the running to secure the grand prize of $100,000 and a partnership with Woolworths that could change his life. Based on a much-loved home recipe, Stephen’s super smoky sauce hits the shelves of Woolworths stores nationwide tomorrow (Wednesday, September 11), on sale for a limited time only.
