ARN Media Limited has terminated its services agreement with Henderson Media Pty Ltd, ending Jacqueline Henderson’s role as presenter of the Kyle and Jackie O show.
In a statement issued on Tuesday March 3, ARN said Henderson gave notice that she “cannot continue to work with Mr Kyle Sandilands.” Following that notice, ARN said it had moved to terminate the agreement under which Henderson presents the program, and that Henderson will cease to present the Kyle and Jackie O show.
ARN also said it has offered Henderson the possibility of an alternative show on the ARN network.
The announcement also outlines action taken against Sandilands. ARN said it has provided written notice to Sandilands, stating that it considers Sandilands’ behaviour during the show on 20 February 2026 to be an act of serious misconduct.
ARN said it considers the alleged misconduct to be in breach of its services agreement with Quasar Media, under which Sandilands presents the Kyle and Jackie O show.
According to ARN, Sandilands has been given 14 days to remedy the breach. ARN said that if the breach is not remedied, it will terminate the services agreement with Quasar Media, and in that event Sandilands will cease to present the Kyle and Jackie O show.
ARN said that during the 14-day period, Sandilands will not take part in the show.
The company also confirmed that the KIIS breakfast show will be taken off-air effective immediately, with interim arrangements made for the show. This leaves the network without a Breakfast Show in Sydney and Melbourne and the later has already been receiving a rocky reception in the market.
