It’s been more than two decades, but the wait is finally over—LeAnn Rimes is heading back to Australia. The Grammy® Award–winning, superstar has announced her return Down Under this September as part of her highly anticipated 2025 world tour. And if the buzz is anything to go by, it’s shaping up to be one unforgettable night of music for Aussie fans.
The three-date Australian leg kicks off in Brisbane on Thursday, 11 September at the Brisbane Entertainment Centre, before heading to ICC Sydney Theatre on Saturday, 13 September. Melbourne fans can catch the final show at John Cain Arena on Tuesday, 16 September. Each night promises a celebration of Rimes’ remarkable 30-year career, from her breakout hits to her most recent soul-stirring releases.
“To have the opportunity to play live shows at any stage is so special,” Rimes said. “Given it has been 22 years since I last toured Australia – these dates are going to be incredible! It’s also the first opportunity to play material from my two most recent albums for Aussie audiences and revisit all the favourites – I cannot wait to return in September!”
And she’s not coming alone. LeAnn Rimes will be joined by Grammy®-nominated duo The War And Treaty—Michael Jr and Tanya Trotter—as well as Reuben De Melo, her winning contestant from The Voice Australia 2024.
Fans can expect a dynamic setlist that spans Rimes’ multi-genre catalogue—from country classics and global pop hits to her most recent, more powerful and introspective work. Whether you’ve followed her journey since the '90s or only recently discovered her music, this is a chance to experience one of the most celebrated voices of our time, live and in full flight.
Rimes’ place in music history is undeniable. She remains the youngest solo artist to win a Grammy®, taking out “Best New Artist” at just 14—a record that still stands. Her timeless ballad How Do I Live holds the title as Billboard Hot 100’s all-time #1 single by a female artist, and at 15, she was Billboard’s first country “Artist Of The Year.”
Presale tickets go live Thursday, 3 April at 9am through TEG Live, with general public sales opening Friday, 4 April at 9am local time. For full details, head to teglive.com.au.
It’s been a long time coming, but LeAnn Rimes’ Australian return promises to be nothing short of spectacular.
