Mondrian Gold Coast has launched Nourish & Flow, a wellness retreat package designed for guests seeking restorative self-care in a coastal setting just steps from Burleigh Beach.
The oceanfront experience combines movement, mindful nourishment and restorative therapies, with the hotel positioning it as an escape for those looking to feel grounded and rejuvenated.
Guests checking into the package will stay in a luxury room with ocean views, with mornings built around movement. The package includes two passes to Mondrian Moves, the hotel’s signature Sunday Flow or Mindful Mondays sessions, subject to availability. On other days, guests can access self-guided training through Technogym Visio equipment, which offers curated workouts and on-demand guidance.
The retreat includes access to CIEL Spa’s Himalayan Salt Room, where the hotel says micro salt particles support lung detoxification, improve circulation and elevate overall wellbeing. Guests also have access to magnesium-infused plunge pools, a 24-metre resort-style pool and the hotel’s gym facilities.
For those wanting to extend their experience, additional touchless therapies and restorative treatments are available to book.
Each guest receives a Synergie Skin gift pack, featuring a cleansing gel concentrate, niacinamide serum, calming anti-redness moisturiser and a moisturiser.
Dining is positioned as a central element of the Nourish & Flow philosophy, though meals are not included in the base package. Guests can reserve experiences at Mondrian’s signature restaurants, LiTO and Haven, as additions to their stay. Both menus feature locally sourced Southeast Queensland produce and dishes designed to complement a wellness-focused lifestyle.
Beyond the hotel, Burleigh’s beach is steps from the door for morning swims or sunset walks, while Burleigh Headland National Park offers walking trails through coastal rainforest and along headland views.
