Paradox Coffee Roasters has officially opened its highly anticipated flagship café in Broadbeach. Welcoming locals and visitors, the venue offers exceptional specialty coffee and a standout food menu within a unique space.
The focal point of the café is a reimagined oval-shaped coffee bar. A custom LaMarzocco machine handles the classics, while a curated specialty menu offers distinct choices. Options include V60 Frozen Single Origins and incredibly rare Special Release Origin coffees, with new origins from Colombia, Ethiopia, and Panama explored monthly. Head Coffee Roaster Yogesh has also introduced an innovative batch tap system, serving rotating blends and a limited release cold brew. Fun and unique dessert-inspired flavours include a Strawberry Brownie Latte, a Lychee Pavlova Latte, and a Fruits of the Forest cold brew. Guests can watch the baristas create these specialty drinks directly at the coffee bar.
Curated by Head Chef Vivek, the breakfast and lunch menu focuses on quality, locally sourced ingredients. Favourites include Chilli Scrambled Eggs on a chia seed bagel and a vegan Soba Noodle Salad. The Karaage Chicken Naani remains a lunch highlight, alongside new additions like Roasted Pear Granola and the Paradox Miso Mushroom, which features a crispy lentil cake. The menu will change seasonally.
The striking interior includes cosy booths, communal tables, and an indoor-outdoor seating area. A large mural by Australian artist Vans the Omega celebrates the roaster’s decade on the Gold Coast, echoing the original artwork he created for their first café 10 years ago.
“We’re incredibly excited to open in Broadbeach and share this space with the community,” says Ben of Paradox Coffee Roasters café. “We’ve created something that brings together specialty coffee, amazing food, and inspiring design, and we can’t wait for people to experience it.”
