Global pop phenomenon Robbie Williams has announced his return to Australia and New Zealand. The entertainer will bring his BRITPOP World Tour to the region in November 2026, featuring stadium shows in several major cities.
The tour follows the January surprise release of his critically acclaimed album, BRITPOP, which serves as a nod to the 1990s British music era. Williams noted the album features collaborations with artists such as Coldplay’s Chris Martin, Gaz Coombes, Tony Iommi, Jesse & Joy, and Gary Barlow.
“I set out to create the album that I wanted to write and release after I left Take That in 1995,” Williams said. “It was the peak of Britpop and a golden age for British Music. I’ve worked with some of my heroes on this album; it’s raw, there are more guitars and it’s an album that’s even more upbeat and anthemic than usual.”.
The upcoming stadium run will include Williams’ first visit to Newcastle, where he will play at McDonald Jones Stadium. The New Zealand leg features a milestone performance in Christchurch, marking his first show in the city in 25 years. During this stop, he will become the first international artist to perform at the new One New Zealand Stadium.
“Australia and New Zealand have always had a very special place in my heart,” Williams said. “Ever since my first solo tours, you have welcomed me with open arms and made me feel at home. I’m beyond excited to be coming back this November for the BRITPOP World Tour. Can’t wait to see you all there!”.
Williams previously visited the region for his XXV Tour, where he delivered a comprehensive setlist of his unparalleled catalogue. He also made recent headlines for his performances at the 2022 AFL Grand Final and the Sydney Opera House on New Year’s Eve in 2025.
