Apple TV has released the trailer for the third season of its hit comedy series Shrinking, confirming the show will return on Wednesday, 28 January 2026.
The Emmy Award-nominated series will premiere with a one-hour episode, followed by new episodes weekly every Wednesday until 8 April 2026. Season three will consist of 11 episodes.
Jason Segel and Harrison Ford lead the ensemble cast, reprising their roles alongside Christa Miller, Jessica Williams, Luke Tennie, Michael Urie, Lukita Maxwell and Ted McGinley.
The upcoming season welcomes several returning guest stars including co-creator Brett Goldstein, Damon Wayans Jr., Wendie Malick and Cobie Smulders. New additions to the cast include Jeff Daniels and Michael J. Fox.
Shrinking follows a grieving therapist, played by Segel, who begins breaking professional boundaries by telling his clients exactly what he thinks. Ignoring his training and ethics, he finds himself making significant changes to people’s lives, including his own.
The series was created by Emmy Award winners Bill Lawrence and Brett Goldstein alongside Segel. It is produced by Warner Bros. Television and Lawrence’s Doozer Productions.
Shrinking marks the third collaboration between Apple, Lawrence and Warner Bros. Television, following Ted Lasso and Bad Monkey.
