Set between The Remarkables and Coronet Peak ski fields and a buzzing main festival arena, Snow Machine offers a perfect balance of mountain thrills and music chills. Whether you’re tearing down the slopes by day or dancing under the stars at night, this event captures the magic of Queenstown’s winter in full swing.

The 2025 lineup is stacked with talent, featuring ClaptoneAmyl and the SniffersNetskyMallratLuude and Hot Dub Time Machine. And just when you thought it couldn’t get better, more names have been added to the bill – including viral sensation Cyril, known for his remix of “Sound of Silence” and collabs with Teddy Swims and Dean Lewis. Joining him are Canadian producer HNTR, local rising stars DJ PIERO and Saskia, and a host of other acts ready to keep the energy high all weekend long.

  • Tuesday kicks off with the Official Bungy Welcome Party at AJ Hackett Kawarau Bridge from 4PM to 10PM. With DJ sets across indoor and outdoor stages, it’s the perfect spot to cheers the week ahead – or take the plunge yourself!
  • Prefer to keep it chill? Head over to the Canyon Kick Off Party at Canyon Brewing, also on Tuesday. Combine a thrilling Shotover Jet ride with cold brews and exclusive artist sets from 4PM to 8PM.
  • Wednesday brings a first-time addition: the massive Snow Machine Street Party. From 6PM to 10PM, downtown Queenstown transforms into a winter street fest like never before – and the artist lineup for this one is still under wraps.
  • On Thursday, the ever-popular Polar Bare returns to The Remarkables. Pack your best swimwear and join hundreds of festivalgoers in a cheeky downhill slide – it’s all about fun, fashion and breaking records.
  • The action continues in town with late-night parties all week. Wednesday night sees Revolver’s cage taking over World Bar and Yonder, while Electric Rush brings the after-hours heat. Then, round off your week in fabulous style with Poof Doof’s Drag Brunch on Saturday – complete with DJs, food and guest drag artists.
