Four support categories have been announced for Supercars’s return to racing at the Bunnings Trade Sydney SuperNight, the first event in four weeks of back to back racing.
The Toyota 86 Racing Series will join the V8 SuperUtes, NSW Sport Cars and NSW Sport Sedans, who will share the circuit with the Repco Supercars Championship on October 29-31.
The track schedule was released today, confirming on-track sessions will run from 1:55 pm local time on Friday 29 October when popular local category the NSW Supersports begin practice.
Opening practice for Supercars is 4:05 pm. Friday’s action will conclude under lights when Supercars take part in their second practice session of the day at 7:30 pm.
On Saturday, fans will be treated to five support category races and Supercars ARMOR ALL Qualifying and a Top Ten Shootout.
The first Supercars race of the weekend will begin at 7:10 pm AEDT Saturday.
On Sunday, gates will open early, with Supercars hitting the track for back-to-back qualifying sessions from 10:30 am – 11:00 am.
Sunday’s first Supercars race will begin at 12:45 pm, and the final race of the event will start at 4:25 pm. All three Supercars races will be 32-lap sprints.
All sessions for the Bunnings Trade Sydney SuperSprint will be broadcast live on Fox Sports and streamed via Kayo. The Seven Network will broadcast live from 3:30 pm AEDT on Saturday and 12:30 pm on Sunday.
