Thick As Thieves will be released internationally on June 10. The long awaited news coincides with the release of new single ‘Fall Together’, available to download and stream now.
Set to become a festival classic, ‘Fall Together’ showcases the soaring vocals and anthemic layering that first saw the band launched to international stardom in 2009 off the back of the 2 million+ selling smash hit ‘Sweet Disposition’.
The new album sees The Temper Trap collaborating with outside songwriters for the first time in their history, with striking results. Justin Parker (Lana Del Rey, Sia, Bat For Lashes) worked on ‘Fall Together’, whilst the album also features collaborations with Ben Allen (Animal Collective, Deerhunter) and Malay, co-writer & producer of Frank Ocean’s Channel Orange. The track saw the band working with Pascal Gabriel (Ladyhawke, Goldfrapp) to explore new musical ground whilst remaining true to their inimitable signature sound.
The Temper Trap said of the news:

Dougy’s melodies are uplifting and the music has grit and attitude. It’s an album filled with hope, raw energy and a passion that reminds us of our early days in the band.”
The Temper Trap have now sold more than one million albums worldwide, with their songs streamed more than 200 million times on Spotify and 20 million times on YouTube. They first came to prominence in 2009 with their critically acclaimed debut album Conditions, which, propelled by the global hits ‘Sweet Disposition’, ‘Fader’ and ‘
