Tory Burch arrives on the Gold Coast with their fourth location in Australia, opening at Pacific Fair Shopping Centre; the new boutique hosts a wide assortment of designer collections, including ready-to-wear. handbags, shoes, jewellery, accessories and eyewear.
The store’s facade is distinguished by large glass windows and lightboxes displaying seasonal campaign imagery. A specially designed parquet pattern floor, made with ceramic tile, leads into the elegant space while baskets suspended from the ceiling form a canopy of natural texture.
In keeping with all their retail locations, the interior style at Tory Burch Pacific Fair has a residential yet timeless feel with a sophisticated mix of furnishings, including a custom green tufted rug and floral velvet egg sofa and chairs. A wicker honeycomb structure inspired by Tory’s own bee apiary in Antigua showcases accessories; it is based on a similar display unit at the brand’s new flagship in New York City.
Tory Burch launched in 2004; growing from a small boutique in Manhattan’s Nolita neighbourhood, the brand was starting to create a buzz and even became a favourite for celebrities like Jessica Alba, who has been seen multiple times with a Tory Burch Bag. The label has exploded into a global lifestyle brand with boutiques around the world and even opened its first Australian location back in 2018 at Westfield Bondi.
