Bruno Mars has announced the upcoming release of his fourth solo album, The Romantic, alongside a brand new single and a massive global stadium tour scheduled for 2026. The first track from the project, titled “I Just Might,” is available now through Atlantic Records. The single is accompanied by an official music video directed by Mars and Daniel Ramos. Fans can currently pre-save the album or pre-order an exclusive first-pressing numbered vinyl, with the full project set to arrive everywhere on February 27.
The announcement of the new record arrives as Mars prepares for The Romantic Tour, which marks his first full headline tour in nearly a decade. Produced by Live Nation, the 2026 run will be the first full headlining stadium tour for the Grammy Award winning performer. The tour is expected to span nearly 40 shows across North America, Europe, and the UK, making it one of the largest global outings of the year.
The tour is scheduled to launch on Friday, April 10, at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas. Mars will bring his performances to major cities including Houston, Atlanta, Chicago, Toronto, Paris, Amsterdam, Milan, Denver, and Miami. The itinerary includes back-to-back shows at several iconic venues, such as Rogers Stadium in Toronto, Wembley Stadium in London, MetLife Stadium in New Jersey, and SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles.
Joining Mars for all tour dates is nine-time Grammy Award winner and Silk Sonic collaborator Anderson .Paak, performing as DJ Pee .Wee. Additional support will be provided by Victoria Monét, RAYE, and Leon Thomas across select markets. All North American dates on the tour are sponsored by MGM Resorts International and The Pinky Ring at Bellagio.
This new chapter follows a period of record-breaking international success for Mars. In early 2024, he became the first international artist of the 21st century to hold seven consecutive sold-out concerts at the Tokyo Dome. Later that year, he achieved the highest-grossing tour in Brazilian history, performing 14 sold-out stadium shows across five cities. In August 2024, he also opened the new Intuit Dome in Los Angeles with two sold-out performances, one of which featured a surprise duet with Lady Gaga.
Mars continues to be a dominant force on global music charts. His recent collaboration with Lady Gaga, “Die With A Smile,” became the fastest song in Spotify history to reach one billion streams. Additionally, “APT.,” his collaboration with ROSÉ, was named the most globally streamed song of 2025 by Apple Music. As of 2026, he has reached at least seven RIAA Diamond certifications, including “Just the Way You Are,” which is now the highest-certified song in history at 21x RIAA Platinum.
