Music Students and Teachers, Win a once in a lifetime experience with Paul McCartney

Paul McCartney's Got Back Tour 2023 is almost here Australia! Music students, teachers, and classes can win tickets, a group photo with McCartney, and access to his soundcheck

Paul McCartney, one of the world’s most iconic singer-songwriters and performers, is set to grace Australian shores with his sensational Got Back tour later this month. This musical extravaganza promises an unforgettable experience for fans as McCartney performs a treasure trove of hits spanning half a century. But there’s more to the story – McCartney and Frontier Touring are offering an extraordinary opportunity for music students, classes, and teachers across Australia.

Sir Paul McCartney is renowned for delivering rock ‘n’ roll magic, encompassing nearly three hours of music that has etched itself into the soundtrack of our lives. To commemorate McCartney’s return and the culmination of the Australian tour, Frontier Touring is extending a golden invitation to the next generation of aspiring musicians.

How to Enter

Here’s the deal: one lucky group of teachers and students in Australia will have the chance of a lifetime. The prize includes an exclusive group photo opportunity with the legendary Paul McCartney himself, access to his soundcheck, and up to 40 tickets to his Gold Coast performance on Saturday, 4 November, at the Heritage Bank Stadium.

So, who’s eligible to enter? This call goes out to music classes, students, teachers, and music education professionals from high schools, universities, or TAFE institutions across the country.

All you need to do is create a video cover version of your group’s favorite Paul McCartney song, share it socials and submit the entry form.

Don’t worry about the production quality; a phone video is just fine. Once you’ve got your video ready, share it on social media using the hashtag #GotBackToSchool and make sure to tag @frontiertouring. After that, fill out the online entry form to complete your submission.

Entries will be judged by an esteemed panel of music industry experts, with decades of experience between them – including (in alphabetical order):

Annabelle Herd – CEO ARIA

Michaerl Chigg – Founder of Chugg Entertainment

Reegan Start – CMCO, Frontier Touring

Sean Warner – President & CEO, Universal Music ANZ

Susan Heymann – COO, Frontier Touring

The successful entrant could win up 40 tickets for their class (minimum in group being five) to attend Paul McCartney’s Gold Coast show this November… including a once in a lifetime chance for your class to meet with Paul face to face!

See here to read full T&Cs and entry restrictions – note transport and accommodation to the Gold Coast are not included in the prize. Entries open Wednesday 20 September 10am AEST and close 10am AEDT, Monday 9 October. Entry is open to Australian educational institutes only. All entrants and attending members must be 15+. Winner will be notified via email by 6pm AEDT on Wednesday 11 October 2023.
