The 2027 Red Hot Summer Tour brings together a massive Australian line-up for a series of outdoor concerts across the country. Legendary rocker Jimmy Barnes headlines the tour, supported by a classic roster of national acts including Jon Stevens performing the Noiseworks & INXS Collection, Birds of Tokyo, Eskimo Joe, Baby Animals, Chocolate Starfish, and the rock duo of Sarah McLeod & Mick Skelton.
Jimmy Barnes stands as the heart and soul of Australian rock and roll, holding 22 number one albums, two ARIA Hall of Fame inductions, and over four decades of intense live performances both solo and with Cold Chisel. His recent career milestones include his 21st studio album DEFIANT, released in June 2025, and a second cookbook with his wife Jane, Seasons Where the River Bends, published in November 2025.
Joining the bill is Jon Stevens, delivering a setlist of hits from Noiseworks and INXS including “Take Me Back”, “New Sensation”, “Touch”, “Don’t Change”, and “Never Tear Us Apart”. Perth-formed band Birds of Tokyo also join the tour schedule, bringing five ARIA top three albums, six APRA Awards, and radio staples such as “Good Lord” and “Lanterns”.
The iconic lineup represent decades of Australian music milestones. Entering their 29th year, Eskimo Joe join the series with 35 ARIA nominations, eight ARIA wins, six studio albums, and their latest radio single “Miracle Cure”.
Rock band Baby Animals mark 35 years since their 8x Platinum self-titled debut album topped Australian charts for six weeks, keeping Nirvana’s Nevermind off the top spot and winning three ARIA Awards.
Festival favourites Chocolate Starfish bring their hits “Mountain” and “You’re So Vain” to the tour. Meanwhile, three-time ARIA award winner and South Australian Music Hall of Fame inductee Sarah McLeod joins forces with veteran drummer Mick Skelton to form a powerful new rock duo.
