Short for Sofia, Sofi Rooftop Bar is the brainchild of Michael Hope, the man behind Hunter Valley institution Hope Estate. With his latest venture, Hope aims to offer locals and tourists alike an elevated bar and dining experience on the Gold Coast.
Sofi Rooftop Bar promises to deliver a Mediterranean-inspired escape with its neutral colour palette, pops of terracotta and burnt orange, and lush greenery. Olive trees, whitewashed lounges and rustic urns add to the authentic Italian vibe.
“Sofi is designed to offer guests escapism – a slice of the Amalfi Coast in Surfers Paradise. With a delicious yet casual dining experience, artisan cocktails and a carefully crafted beverage list sourced from around the globe, she’ll quickly become the heart of the Gold Coast social scene,” said Mr Hope.
“Sofi will be a place to relax and unwind with friends and family. Whether it’s for a light bite, afternoon delight or party into the evening, Sofi gives guests the opportunity to soak in the sunshine and indulge in a luxury rooftop experience with impressive views,” he said.
