W Brisbane and Whispering Angel Rosé have joined forces to create a sophisticated and enchanting summer oasis at WET Deck, the hotel’s iconic rooftop pool in Brisbane. From November 15th to February 25th, WET Deck will be the place to be seen for rosé lovers in Brisbane.

The themed takeover will entice guests to dive into a decadent rosé-inspired haven at WET Deck, which will be adorned in enchanting pink hues with plush furnishings, sun umbrellas, and vibrant floral arrangements. The atmosphere will be elevated with intricate glassware, live DJs, and exquisite light bites that perfectly complement the Whispering Angel Rosé.

As the sun sets and into the night, live DJs will be setting the tone for the perfect evening celebration at W Brisbae every Thursday to Sunday, with a lineup of all-stars and fresh new talent taking to the decks over the Summer.

Rosé lovers can select their preferred way to sip ‘Rosé Five Ways’- whether it’s a delicious spritz, refreshing frosé, innovative rosé cocktails, classic rosé sangria or simply a generous pour of the prestigious wine. Shareable jugs are also available for those enjoying the summer sun with friends.

Pairing perfectly with the Whispering Angel Rosé, guests can indulge in a variety of exquisite light bites like three cheese arancini with capsicum jam or whipped ricotta with fried puffs, heirloom tomato, fragrant pesto and honey drizzle. Freshly shucked oysters accompanied by a delicate verjuice mignonette and bay bug sliders with salmon caviar and herb aioli evoke the tastes of summer by the sea. For something more substantial, try the New York striploin with rocket and skinny fries, housemade chipotle chicken tacos with baja slaw or the miso and tuna poke bowl.

For those gathering together in style, it’s the perfect intersection of exclusivity and luxury for a VIP experience. Groups can book a semi-private area out on the terrace, a lavish magnum of rosé, succulent oysters, and a variety of delectable share plates, all served by a dedicated host offering unparalleled hospitality. Guests can use one of WET Deck’s polaroid cameras to capture cherished moments for a printed keepsake.

Guests can book the Go with the Flow travel package and stay in a luxurious guest room or suite – plus enjoy two cocktails at either WET Deck or Living Room Bar, late 1 PM checkout, and valet parking for one vehicle. The package starts from $509 per room per night and can be booked here.

WET Deck will also present the ultimate New Year’s Eve soiree, celebrating the arrival of 2024. With breathtaking views of the riverside fireworks display, the event will guarantee an unforgettable evening. Kick off the evening with a cocktail on arrival whether it’s a rosérita margarita or a sunshine spritz before indulging in 3-hour free flow drinks from Veuve Clicquot to Whispering Angel, Hard Fizz Seltzers and options for all. Live DJs will infuse the night with high-energy beats, while free-flowing drinks and memorable moments all help to welcome the new year in style.
Live chef stations will be serving up freshly shucked oysters while roaming canapés will include the likes of baked scallops, salmon and mango ceviche, mini lobster rolls, honey truffle goats cheese tarts, bite-size crab cakes, sweet potato croquettes, and skewers of all varieties including flank steak to barramundi. Mini chocolate eclairs and dulce de leche tarts will be the sweet treats to top it all off. From 9 pm to 12 am, guests can say goodbye to 2023 in glamorous style for $295 per person.
